Continuing on with our wellness series, we’ve brought on our good friend (and place maker) Sam Noddle to talk about his career in real estate and recently, entrepreneurship. We dive deep into how Sam has been able to balance frequent traveling and the pressure of large-scale projects with his own physical, mental and spiritual health.

We talk about the importance of putting yourself out there, overcoming setbacks, developing a consistent morning routine and defining your personal workplace values. He shares helpful advice for advancing in your career such as finding mentors, turning small talk into real talk and the importance of asking questions.

Sam began his real estate career with the Comras Company in Miami, Florida where he had the opportunity to work on the iconic CocoWalk and various other properties throughout Coconut Grove, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Wynwood, The Miami River and Downtown.

He is now the Vice President of Leasing at Noddle Co. While no two days ever look the same for Sam, his main duties involve overseeing the development of Aksarben Village. He leads a large team of employees across multiple bars, restaurants, and the Inner Rail Food Hall.

Occupational wellness is the dimension of wellness that emphasizes the importance of finding personal satisfaction and enrichment in one's work, contributing to a positive work-life balance, and fostering a sense of purpose and fulfillment in one's professional endeavors.
