A shark must keep moving to stay alive. An artist must keep creating to stay alive. As we near the end of this 12-week journey, Adriana, Dee and Evangeline take a moment to reflect on all the changes that have happened since the beginning. What momentum do we want to continue? And, as we acknowledge our own growth and progress, what role (if any) does God play in all of this?

In every transformative process, there comes a moment when you just have to face down some difficult realities. You gotta size up the skeletons in the closet and figure out what you're gonna do with them. Sometimes you just don't get it done. Much as you wanted to, you planned to, you meant to...but you didn't. How can we speak to ourselves kindly when we don't follow through?
