This meditation was created at the start of COVID19 whilst in quarantine.

It can help us find the calm within the storm. We can make choices from a space of love or from fear. Whatever choices we do make impacts the collective human consciousness. We always have a choice to either react to our external environment, or to find the inner strength within us that is always available to us at anytime.

The divine healing name Al-Muhaymin helps us to feel connected, supported and protected by God.

Al-Fattah - The Opener

This meditation is intended to help you open your heart more to the love of Allah. I created this meditation for a seminar titled Awaken To Your Divine Magic. The heart is the seat of the soul.

God is not separate from you, He is within you. When we become conscious of His presence, we begin to awaken to our divinity. We are divine beings awakening to our truth in this lifetime.

Intention for the Day

12m · Published 28 Apr 03:00

The Prophet Muhammad peace be upon Him has said, “Actions are according to intention, and everyone will get what was intended”. Intention is a crucial part of everything we do. Dr Wayne Dyer, author of “The Power Of Intention”, mentions that when we intend to do something, it is as if nothing or no one will get in the way.

This meditation is designed to help you set an intention for the day, to go within this and become familiar with what is blocking us from our constant connection with God, our alignment with Him, our constant remembrance of Him.

Al-Qadir - The One Who is Capable of Everything, the All-Powerful

18m · Published 28 Apr 03:00

I was inspired to create this meditation to awaken the energy of empowerment within all of us. We have a choice to feel empowered. The Universe is within us and we have all that we need to tap into our genius potential. May this meditation help you to access your unlimited potential and the magnificence that resides within you.

When we are with God, we are capable of everything, and without Him we are powerless.

Releasing Emotional Blocks through Al-Khaafidh and Ar-Raafi'

19m · Published 28 Apr 03:00

This meditation is designed to help you release negative trapped emotions through the healing power of the Divine Names - Al-Khafidh (the One who lowers, and humbles) and Ar-Raafi’ (the one who raises, elevates and distinguishes). As humans, we go through situations that trigger negative reactions within us. It is only through these painful experiences that growth and elevation of the soul occurs. The more we hold onto negative emotions such as guilt, shame, resentment, the more likely they will manifest as physical discomfort and pain in our body.

In this practice, you will first identify the emotion and bring your awareness to the pain. The next step is to take responsibility for holding on to this feeling and allowing it to manifest and grow, with the help of Al-Khafidh. This Divine Name brings the soul to a state of humility and eases the process of accountability. As you invoke on Ar-Rafi, you gently release the turbulent emotion and feel the soul begin to elevate with the uniqueness of this Divine Quality, which connects you to your true essence and honour, and allows you to feel whole again

The affirmations you are about to hear will by the will of God, help dissipate feelings of worries, anxieties and despair and replace them with the healing effect of the Divine Names of Allah - As Salaam - the ultimate source of Peace and tranquility, Al-Jabbar: the one who Heals and unites.

Some of the affirmations begin with the phrase Al-Hamdulillah, All praise belongs to the One , as an expression of gratitude and submission to the source of All bounties and blessings. It helps instill a sense of deep gratefulness, which is the best state for our soul to be in to receive more blessings.
You do not need to remember the words that I share. Trust that your subonscious mind will absorb them and imprint them in every fibre of your being. Let the words flow by. Allow your subconscious mind to absorb the affirmations. Like a flower absorbs the sunlight and the rain.
