Tina Lenert is a magician, mime, and among other instruments, a harpist. These types of performances rarely, if ever, come together in one performer, but throughout a career rich in the various performance arts, Tina has brought prominence to her acts applauded the world over.

She has been a regular performer at the world-famous Magic Castle in Hollywood, where she was Stage Magician of the Year by the Academy of Magical Arts and became a founding member of the L.A. Mime Company. She later combined her love of mime and magic to create one of her own memorable shows, which is entitled, Mopman. So here’s the question, how do you interview a mime?

Barry Weinberg has over forty years working in professional baseball as an Athletic Trainer from the Minor Leagues to the World Series.

In all that time he has never eaten at home, taking breakfast lunch and dinner at fine restaurants in cities where his teams have played and that means all over the United States. He has authored a book, Eating My Way Through Baseball. As Athletic Trainer for New York Yankees, Oakland A's, and St. Louis Cardinals he has met, befriended and dined with the most amazing people. Here he is, Edith and Harold’s only son, let’s affectionately call him ‘Uncle Barry’.

Barry has met and befriended wonderful personalities, including mega stars, and witnessed the funniest things and heard the craziest stories everywhere from the dugout to the locker-room and dined all over the country and in many parts of the world.

As an Athletic Certified Trainer he sat in the dugout during the games and said “If I’m sitting around doing nothing, then something good is happening” See what Barry meant by that!

We delve into some really cool Rock & Roll history as we continue our conversation with Kevin Hurley, a singer/songwriter with a rich background of collaborations with a range of artists both local and national and he’ll be joined by his musical producing partner Jim Mason, an industry veteran with over 40 plus years in record production, songwriting and publishing, artist management and marketing. Of yeah, he’s got gold and platinum records too!

Jim Co-wrote the Peter, Paul and Mary hit “I Dig Rock & Roll Music” which we’ll talk about in depth later in the show. You may be surprised at what transpired in the studio.

Jim produced albums for the band FireFall, POCO and Rock & Roll Hall of fame members Chris Hillman of the Byrds and Richie Furay of Buffalo Springfield and he is author of “The Record producer: The Magic in the Music”.
