Autoimmune diet and me

It's been a while since I have created a show. So here is a big catch up and then we head into talking about the specific carbohydrate diet, what it is and how it has helped me.

Finding out recently about Histamine intolerance was a slight shock for me! I hadn't thought to look into this before. Here are my findings!
