What is Patience ?

- ability to wit on something, tolerate, endure without becoming riled up

- Remain calm

- Not stress and pressurize yourself

What is the hurry - I am still learning , practice by giving a chance without expecting a result

- Ex: in elementary, we were suppose to plant a seed and grow a plant. Mine never grew while everyone else did. Ended up growing to tallest because I didn’t add pressure Why have patience ?

Avoid the ready fire aim syndrome - Forbes - It’s when you rapidly evaluate situations as you encounter them

- Can be a blessing or a curse

- A rapid fire decision making can cause chasm with my surrounding Impatience is self-sabotage

- when you jump to a hasty conclusion, you end up creating an artificial timeline in your mind. You apply the failure in your timeline and become stressed because you begin to overthink

- Makes you look very desperate and pushy.

- Clouds your judgement, detracts from your credibility and damages relationship All good things takes time Patience is really a virtue.

We live in a society where quick thinking and fast decision making and dynamic actions are what makes you « smart » It’s not wrong but you can’t apply at everything
