For World Press Freedom Day we look at the pressures on independent journalism in two EU countries In this episode of our podcast we talk to two of our Journalist Fellows about the growing pressures facing journalists and independent news media in Poland and Hungary. We look at the threats of authoritarianism, the weaponisation of advertising revenue, and self-censorship.
