Nicola is a professional film stills photographer who has worked with some big names such as  Johnny Depp, Dame Judi Dench, Steve Coogan and also on the latest bond movie.

And looking at her portfolio I don't think anyone can be anything but impressed and a little bit in awe.  I chat to her about her career and how she manages her family life whilst being on a film set for months at a time. Plus where she is going now - teaching others how to get into film stills photography as a profession.

In this episode, I chat with Tyler Gravely about meditating and practicing mindfulness in unconventional ways.  I have always been interested in how our photographic practice is intrinsically linked to our well-being, and the more that we can be aware of that the better.  

Tyler is a mindfulness coach  from San Antonio, Texas,  who helps us unpick how we can all create more peace in our lives during this podcast. 

Tyler hosts her own podcast  show called "How do u meditate"- all about unconventional ways to practice mindfulness.

I was really excited when Jenifer agreed to come onto the podcast. Jenifer is a renowned, UK based photographer and personally one of my favourite seascape photographers. On this episode she talks us through how photography has been around her from a very young age, helping her dad who himself was a photographer. What impresses me most about Jenifers work is that she currently doesn't even live by the sea! Her ability to capture light, mood and motion is spectacular and just from hearing her speak I have no doubt she will inspire others to get out and shoot some dramatic seascapes
