Ernest Servantes of the Burnt Bean Co joins the show to talk about his 1st full year of business. Ernest discusses his daily routine, being named in the top 5 of Texas Monthly's Top BBQ Joints and goals moving forward. He also talks about the day that Daniel Vaughn, the TM BBQ editor, walked into the Burnt Bean Co.
