In their first-ever episode, Haley and Ellie interview John Barthelemes, the owner and artistic director of Spotlight Studios for the Performing Arts in Fairport, NY.

John, who has directed Haley and Ellie since they were both 5 years old, talks about the Broadway performers he’s trained, how he picks each year’s lineup, what it’s like to direct kids of all different age groups and the story of how Spotlight came to be.
