I know this newsletter is not the typical format of one but you know I'm all about looking at new perspectives, other ways ...to see. Today I have something in store for you. It’s all about listening to ourselves in an unexpected way.
"Don't Listen To Anybody Without Listening To Yourself First."
-Anonymous
Walk with me through the Tuileries Gardens on a windy sunny day in Paris.
We'll chat about the three things I learned around listening:
- Making my own personal handbook
- Realizing my voice is larger and stronger than I think
- Having the confidence to reread my journal entries

5 Ways to Know you’re in the “Loop of Confusion” & the Tips to Get Out!
24m · PublishedSometimes as creatives we get stuck. We feel less productive, sometimes depressed and other times feel like we're not realizing our best work. Why? I know it all too well and I personally call it the "Loop of Confusion". I focused on fashion design and styling for the last 10 years and now I am a consultant and mentor for designers, makers and freelancers trying to figure out their businesses. I didn't know why I didn't "feel" like doing ....exactly what I loved doing. I'd have all the tools ready....and yet I needed a coffee to clear my head before starting or to watch one more inspirational art video. Finalize I recognized the "symptoms" and developed solutions that helped. I hope it offers you, as well, some relief to whatever you're going through today.
