Hello everyone, this is the Untitled.jpg podcast. Where we talk about art, movies, life and whatever comes to mind. This week we have Stephanie Evangelista and Daigo Fukuda. Stephanie and Daigo work together on a very successful webcomic they created called Skate!!! Fire 100 for the website webtoon. They’re official webtoon creators with a big following of their comic. You know what’s cool? I had class with them back at FIT! So I definitely wanted to get to know more about them and how they started out with webtoons, what they draw inspiration from, how they’re doing during quarantine and what other things they’re able to work on. I met him by chance in a graphic novel class at FIT where I first got to see his work through illustration and storytelling. He’s worked with the likes of Adobe, Cartuna, Essentia , and much more. For this episode we have Michael Evangelista. He is a New York based illustrator and tattoo artist from The Bronx, and a graduate from the Fashion Institute of Technology.  He has apprenticed at a tattoo studio in Brooklyn while he pursued his BFA in Illustration at the same time. His illustrations and paintings are heavily influenced by traditional tattooing.  He is still early in his tattooing career and he's figuring things out. Currently he is tattooing at Memorial Brooklyn and Abuela's Tattoo Parlor.
