We discuss how Gilman wrote a series that started in the ‘60s about a woman who stepped outside of the box society prescribed for her, much to our enjoyment! If you've ever wanted a book about a grandmother who becomes a spy, this series is for you.

In this episode, we talk about the book Wintering by Katherine May. She describes wintering as an emotional state of being and talks about her journey through some of her own personal winters. More biography than self-help, we found it an interesting read!
