The men to women ratio in the leadership role in entrepreneurship is 2:10 in most of the countries including some of the developed ones like the United States but patiently the number is increasing and hopefully equals in coming times.

The LGBTQ community has always been in a minority and neglected. Especially in a country like India, where the report shows that 3% of the Indian Population identify as homosexual (Including Gay and Lesbian), 9% identify as bisexual, 1% identify as pansexual and 2% identify as asexual, the awareness and perception of LGBTQ+ community are very important.
