Infusing happiness into your life with Rochelle Gapere

51m · Published 26 Feb 05:00

On this episode of Adulting 101 I chat with Rochelle Gapere who is an Attorney, Happiness Coach and an Entrepreneur.

We speak about how infusing happiness and positive thinking into your life can help you make better decision. Before making a decision ask yourself will it make you happy? If I go to the gym this morning will it make me happy? If I hang out with the toxic people from work will it make me happy? If the answer to these questions is a yes then go ahead and do it! if the answer is no then don't.

In the conversation Rochelle shares that we are the curators of our lives, we are the ones who decide how our lives should be. No one is coming to save us!. She also speaks about her book One Happy Thought At A Time: 30 days To A Happier You.
