Basha Effect

by Izhar Basha

If you want real talk about how to perform better in all facets of your life without the fluffy excuses, rainbows and unicorns, the Basha Effect Podcast is for you. It’s raw. It’s real. And it might hurt you a little bit. But without pain, there is no gain! My name is Izhar Basha and I am your host. I’m an Australian with Fijian/Indian heritage. My family migrated from Fiji when I was 5 years old, and my entire life I have been obsessed about performing and excelling in everything I do to ensure that my parents’ sacrifices and battles were not in vain. I’m an ex-lawyer, and I’ve run and managed numerous successful businesses in my life. My key businesses are EHPlabs (the world’s fastest growing health supplement brand) and BIG Property Group (a luxury property development and infrastructure business). I’ve learnt a lot of lessons in my life, and I’ve dug deep to find solutions to my problems and the motivation to continue to power on. These are all the gems I will be sharing in the Basha Effect Podcast. The Basha Effect is a “pun” (play on words) relating to the Butterfly Effect. The premise and underlying message of this podcast is that we need to be aware that our actions in our little world or microcosm can extend out and have an impact in places and areas that we have no idea about. We need to be mindful of all our actions and ensure that we apply excellence and continuous and never-ending improvement so that we can bring about positive outcomes and growth - a concept I call “perpetual positivity”.

Episode 5 - Success in keeping it real ft. Jacy Cunningham

18m · Published 12 Jun 12:41

Welcome to Episode 5 of the Basha Effect Podcast, where I catch up with my good friend, Jacy Cunningham. I had a in-depth discussion with Jacy in Episode 4 where we discussed succeeding and winning and how to rise out of darkness. If you haven’t listened please do.

It was extremely inspirational and motivational to be able to hear Jacy talk about his past experiences through his childhood to now where he has been able to deal with all the adversity thrown at him, and be able to rise out of the trenches to be able to achieve success in his daily life.

In this Episode 5, Jacy and I have a candid discussion behind the scenes, when both of us thought the cameras and microphones were switched off. I’m so glad that we were able to record our discussion as some amazing gems of truth were able to flow out from this.

Jacy and I discussed the truths about finding our true purpose in life. We discussed having certain strengths and skills, and how the natural gifts that we may have does not necessarily equate to what we are passion about doing. We also talk about the key inspirations and impacts in our life and how this enables us to find our true purpose to be able to find ultimate happiness in our daily activities.

I hope you enjoy this episode. I had a blast catching up with Jacy in Sydney.
