Ved Prakash is a well-recognized senior industry professional with a global experience of 29 years in a variety of leadership roles with strategic, business and operational responsibilities, including large transformation programs. He is considered a thought leader in Knowledge Management with core expertise in enterprise KM strategy, governance, knowledge and social architecture, process, technology enablement, focus on content/collaboration, culture building and change management. He is currently Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO) at Trianz, a silicon valley based management and technology consulting firm helping Fortune 1000 organizations transition to a digital enterprise. He is also an independent Digital and Knowledge Transformation Consultant to other organizations, and mentors startups on various aspects right from strategy to operations. Prior to this, he spearheaded Knowledge Management at Montreal-headquartered CGI Inc. He led a large transformation program at CGI across Asia Pacific covering Sales & Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance and Delivery. In addition, he served as a member of the Global Application Services Council at CGI.

Sara Feldman is the Director of Member Engagement for the Consortium for Service Innovation, where she connects Members with resources to support their success and enhance their customer experience. She is a KCS v6 Certified Trainer and experienced with customer-centric functions in the software industry. With a foundation in Technical Writing and Knowledge Management, her previous roles have focused on professional development programs, customer self-service, Customer Success Enablement, and cross-functional Technical Content Strategy. #KCS #IntelligentSwarming

Kristan McMahon has served as President of the Robert H. Jackson Center since April 2019. McMahon is a former principal with Vetted Solutions, an executive search firm specializing in association and nonprofit recruiting and consulting in Washington, D.C. where she helped guide a transformational process for the company’s executive searches. Previously, McMahon was corporate counsel for Verizon in Arlington, VA where she advised all business entities on a variety of antitrust issues, including deal analysis and compliance with antitrust/competition laws. Before joining Verizon, McMahon served as a Staff Attorney for Howrey LLP, where she was part of the antitrust team leading government investigations and litigations for numerous global Fortune 500 companies. McMahon received a B.A. in Journalism/Mass Communication and Political Science from St. Bonaventure University, a J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, as well as a Certificate from its Communications Law Institute. She serves as a Trustee and Chair of the Student Affairs Committee for St. Bonaventure University. She also serves on the boards of Youth For Understanding, an international student exchange organization, and Sitar Arts Center, a youth arts education center in Washington, D.C.

Chris Mottes is the CEO & Partner, Hindenburg Systems. Chris has 30+ years of experience in media production, entrepreneurship, management and business development in London, Stockholm and Copenhagen. Chris’s first interest was journalism and human rights, growing up in South Africa under apartheid in the 80’s will do that to you. Bachelor in draft dodging and revolution from University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. He has worked as a producer, sound technician and editor on countless radio, TV, film and games productions since 1990. Before joining the Hindenburg in 2010 as CEO, Chris co-founded and/or managed several media production companies including Deadline Film and TV, Deadline Games and Vision Park Entertainment.

Zach Wahl is CEO and co-founder of Enterprise Knowledge (EK), the world's largest dedicated Knowledge, Data, and Information Management Consultancy. Based in Washington, DC but operating globally, EK has worked with hundreds of commercial, government, and non-profit organizations to deliver KM/IM strategy, design, and implementation services. In support of these activities, he has run over 250 taxonomy design workshops based on his own business taxonomy design methodology.

Benjamin Anyacho, MBA, PMP, is a senior project manager and enterprise knowledge management (KM) lead at the Texas Department of Transportation. He is an expert in project and knowledge management and serves on several national and global research, projects, and KM boards/committees. Benjamin is the Executive Director of the non-profit Apostolic Bridge Builders, Inc. in Austin, Texas, where he lives with his wife, Precious, and two teenage children, Ben and Amara.

Nick Poole has more than 20 years experience as a senior leader, CEO and Trustee in the museums, arts and libraries field, including my current role as the Chief Executive of CILIP, the UK Library and Information Association. Nick has extensive experience of leading digital transformation, modernization, strategic communications (including PR, lobbying and partnership-building with leading brands) and income diversification and growth. Nick believes in authentic, open and accountable leadership and am passionate about supporting the people I work with to excel, learn and grow their skills and confidence. I regularly speak on behalf of my industry in the media and press and am an accomplished public speaker, including providing evidence for Parliamentary Committees.
