Don't Worry, Choose Happy with Ulunda Baker

21m · Published 26 Jul 10:00

Choosing a positive outlook on life, this is truly a choice. Ulunda Baker is our special guest and you will feel her smile through the recording :) We all have trials and life isn’t fair at times, but we need a mindset to recover, overcome and move on, choosing happiness as our "go to" state of mind.

This episode is a replay of Episode 9 from August of 2019. Both Ulunda Baker and I have grown over the last three years and many changes have taken place since this was recorded. However, choosing to be happy is still a principle that serves us well and I decided to pull this up from the archives for our new listeners. Please enjoy, subscribe and share.
