How To Leverage 360 Degrees Of Your Business. BIL Episode 2

How To Leverage 360 Degrees Of Your Business

Siloed VS Collaborative

We were all sold on getting the one expert marketer or individuals in different departments… with finite skill sets. This created department and resource silos! They were not integrated and could be leveraged for a long term competitive edge.

We kept siloed individuals not emerged in an integrated culture. It was one discipline. One that didn't understand a multidisciplinary approach with a 360-degree view.  They aren’t able to leverage a business, to scale it, to increase its impact. One defined siloed skillset won't accomplish this.

We need 360 Innovative and Integrated team members that understand all the core disciplines and how they can drive the business forward. As well as how they can use their skill set to drive the business forward, drive results, and increase profits. That team member also understands how to collaborate with other team members to be an integrated approach that drives growth and profits.

Don't Think That Innovating Just One Area Is Going To Get You Exponential Results.

In order to get a greater impact, you need to find leverage points that can work together to create exponential results and return. Go beyond just innovating your products you need to be aware of pattern recognition to see how your industry and market can shift and when that shift starts to occur so you can be ahead of the Curve.

HOW to implement a 360-degree approach to business.

  1. Systemized approach that is easily scalable, replicable in both delivery and results.
  2. A way to mentor your growing team.
  3. Continue to level up your knowledge of working on the business instead of in the business. Your leverage points as the entrepreneur... are different than those of your executive team, leadership team, and the team  members they are composed of!
  4. Understanding the 360 holistic view of your business and the leverage points.
  5. Understand the innovation leverage in the core areas- So your approach is multiplying and giving your exponential results that give you a long term advantage.

You need to innovate to compete.

We were all sold on one specialty and siloed teams and organization. Its viewed as a finite solution- but should be seen as an infinite game.

As an entrepreneur and innovative leader what we do is very personal- we're here because of a personal reason, a person wants for impact. We are serving our team, our clients rethink how you fundamentally approach bringing value to your clients or customers. Our teams are following us because we have a mission, we have momentum, we have something that's greater than us.

it's about pushing past only what's familiar to you it's about challenging convention and how you approach bringing value to the marketÍ

This is an experimental approach, and a systematic approach. We’re analyzing patterns and making conscious decisions to focus on solving problems that have impact and creating viable solutions of value. This is a systematic approach, a trainable discipline, like science. We’re analyzing, using data, and insights. The mindset you should have around this is an experimental approach- that is calculated experimentation; with metrics, KPI’s, diversified skillset in your team members.

Make sure you don't under resources, underfund,  or undermine your 360-degree innovation.

Innovation Domination in 1, 2, 3! BIL Episode 1

Innovation Domination in 1, 2, 3!

BIL Episode #1: Innovation Domination in 1, 2, 3!

While in college I sought out mentorship from entrepreneurs and other business owners from a multitude of Industries and very very importantly different stages of growth and their own businesses and companies

I offered to be their assistant for free. I gave them a certain amount of hours per week and I said I will drive you to meetings... I will take all your notes... I will categorize whatever you need me to do.

I like to see how things connect... how they relate...and how they can be better utilized. my mind works that way naturally. So I immediately started observing, asking open questions, and provided value right away.

I started to really hone in on some of the frustrations that they were experiencing.  I saw that based on the different industries and stages that they were in their business journey they needed to develop top-performing teams with a 360-degree skill set. They felt strapped for time because they hadn't honed in on the leverage in their business and themselves.

That when they got a competitive advantage it was over quickly, and easily replicated. It takes a multidisciplinary approach to really understanding all the different areas to leverage simultaneously so it's harder for their competitors to replicate what you are doing

THE shift that made them The Solution

That's when I realized the shift I needed to make to help my mentors!!!

... successful businesses grow systematically and pour and refine solid foundations to begin with … so  when they're ready to Scale to the next level you go back and kind of refine them to transition  to being build on top of

Using that  approach to business and then add in Innovative leverage points… is the  exact combination that  together will exponentially grow the business

It makes that business the solution in the market and builds to the top competitors in that industry.

There is a better way!

I was really adamant that there was a better way to continue to build the business of the entrepreneurs I was being mentored by

I learned from The frustration of seeing all the moving parts and having siloed skill sets was detrimental to their business growth and it was frustrating them because they weren't able to leverage their time, create their freedom and have the impact they had set out on this entrepreneurial journey to have.

It was also a constant battle of the new tactic being easily replicable and it wasn't a long term competitive solution.

we needed an integrated approach to work ON the business and training teams to be able to have a multidisciplinary skillset to work simultaneously ON and IN the business

The 3 key areas…

So I broke down this at first seemingly big task into 3 areas that we can strategize, implement, measure, refine and get the results in.

  1. Build systematic foundations to scale a business. Including resources, skills, systems, teams.
  2. Understand the different leverage points in a business. By understanding the 360-degree view of a successful business.
  3. How to approach bringing innovative and valuable solutions to the market beyond just products- because that was where the lasting competitive advantage lies!

THAT'S when we proved my innovative and integrated leadership system and framework. I have been using it with other entrepreneurs for almost 15 years now. I have had the pleasure of working alongside them and their teams. Creating, building, and collaborating as innovative leaders.

So if you’re wondering how you can get unstuck, scale a business strategically, bring innovative solutions to the market, standing out as an industry leader… or maybe your plotting innovative world domination - you just heard my 360-degree approach to do just that.
