In this episode, I want to share with you HOW KEEP GROWING your NM business!

You already know 50% of the world’s wealth belongs to the top 1%, while 10% of the world’s adult population hold 85% of the world’s wealth! That means that the rest of the 85% of the world population shares the remaining 15% of the world’s wealth Why?

This is a BIG question, right?

Why is it like that?

The answer is simple – the top 1% or 10% works for it, takes the risk, and keep working on themselves and keep taking risks in adventuring forward in new business ventures and in developing the world’s business further.

The 90% of us are afraid to venture, either because we believe we are not good enough, or because we are afraid of the outcome if we fail.

Let me tell you that the top 10% FAILS too, in fact they FAIL MORE than they succeed, but they have that persevering attitude that ultimately make them succeed!

One way we can emulate the top 10% of wealthy people in the world in our Network marketing business is through the Challenges that are there in NM to help us grow bigger.

The Challenges (or incentives) are built in to help the Success-driven individuals achieve more and BECOME more. The top 10% people are present also in our NM business, and the way that they achieve more is by taking the risks of playing the Challenges. Once they achieve one level, they eye the next level and don’t quit on it until they achieve it, even if it takes them years…for by playing for that level, they keep the momentum of action and therefore their business keep growing and thriving.

And as you can imagine, it is not easy to keep playing at that level, unless you have developed into a great Leader, then the Leader do not see that as a struggle as do most of the others, the Leaders see it as a growth platform for them to develop other Leaders who would help them reach that NEXT platform…Its all in the BUILDING of Leaders by using the platform of Challenges – and at the END, EVERYONE wins!

Last week I talked about the ULTIMATE RANK that changes everything for your Network Marketing business – in my business, it is the level of Manager!

There is only a very small percentage of Network Marketers who achieve the Ultimate Rank, in my case, the Manager level. It is not because it is difficult, I believe it is because people do not understand the steps towards becoming a Manager and the amazing doors of opportunities that open up after achieving this Rank.

In Network marketing, you cannot grow if your members (downlines) are not growing. The best way to grow your business is to help your downline members to achieve the Manager’s rank, because achieving this rank opens up ALL the amazing opportunities that can be achieved in the company.

Because not many people are ready to give what it takes to achieve this rank, you should be always looking for the hungry, ambitious, hard working people who joins your business and then training them into the achievement of the Manager’s rank.

Each new Manager, who has ranked up to Manager level the right way, that is has followed the blueprint, knows EXACTLY what needs to be done to reach this level, and who is excited about the prospects in front of him/her, is building a NEW business in itself under your organization – Just imagine you have 5, 10, 20, 30…..SOLID Managers in your organization building their OWN business…that’s like you have 5, 10 20, 30….businesses working for you!

So, by building Leaders, you are not dimming your own light, on the contrary, you are shining the light of each of your Leader, who in return will be shining your light BIGGER and BRIGHTER!

So, how do you BECOME a great Leader:

Become a better Mentor and Coach Build stronger connections Develop active listening skills Make smarter decisions Show more confidence Have better time management Find more efficient processes Be more adaptable to change Focus more on self-discipline Accept responsibilities

A lot of Network marketers, or a lot of people for that sake, LOVE to be THE LEADER! The one that everyone praises, adores, felicitates – the ONE that win all the TOP awards and rewards….

But the SECRET in Network Marketing is NOT to be a LEADER, but to be a MAKER of Leaders!

Leaders are RARE, not only in Network Marketing but in the world in general!

My Mentor, Dr John C. Maxwell says a Leader is someone who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way – and that EVERYTHING Rises and Falls on Leadership – and Leadership is INFLUENCE, nothing more, nothing less!

If you produce only followers in your NM business, then you will have to ALWAYS be there to take care of them. If you produce Leaders, you will not be needed. The AIM of Leadership is for the Leader to be unneeded, that is, even in his/her absence things are moving forward smoothly, because the Leader has made sure that leadership is present at every level of the organization.

Chris Edmonds, in his book ‘The Culture Engine’ says that ‘Effective Leaders hold themselves and others accountable to high standards for results and values, validate efforts and contributions, and ensure cooperative interaction and performance in a trusting, respectful work environment.’

The 3 most important questions to ask about effective leadership are: What do effective leaders do? Whom do effective leaders serve? To what end do effective leaders serve? How do they improve the quality of life and career of their key customers (team members)?

Leadership is what’s going to ensure your NM business keeps thriving and growing continuously, irrespective of conditions and situations.

Leaders will catalyse this process and build your business many-fold, quicker, bigger and smarter BECAUSE at the end, these Leaders will be building their OWN businesses, which ultimately is part of YOURS too!

So, BUILD NM Leaders in your ORGANISATION, and SEE how your business EXPLODE!

Now that you have a Network Marketing business running, how do you keep it thriving?

Let me share my experience with you:

You can easily get comfortable in your business once you hit an income that’s higher than you’ve ever earned before You can easily push on the brakes of momentum once you hit the Challenges, and stay at that level, specially if you are the TOP performer of your state or country Once the TEAM performance gets AUTOMATIC, you may believe that the business now is in autopilot and you don’t need to do anything else – Don’t CASH IN too early!

This can happen to anybody, IN FACT, it happens to 80% plus Network Marketers who start enjoying the early levels of success…I was victim to it too…

So, what should you do to AVOID this happening to you, so you can continue building and thriving in your Network Marketing business?

Go to the BASICS! Keep building YOUR DIRECT TEAM – Sponsor at least ONE new member in your DIRECT team every month. More is better but one is absolutely VITAL Keep building MANAGERS from your DIRECT TEAM Keep winning the Challenges…BUT AIM at the NEXT level once you’ve achieved a particular level, even if you don’t hit it the next year, KEEP FOCUSING on the NEXT level – Why? It keeps you competitive and keep the MOMENTUM ON! ACT as a NEWCOMER ALL THE TIME! DUPLICATE YOUR OWN SUCCESS in your downlines When something is not working, or you’re hitting a ceiling, GO BACK TO BASICS!

There are many reasons: EGO They want to be THE TOP guy They do NOT know HOW they became Manager, they don’t have the blueprint They are NOT Leaders They have NO VISION They did NOT understand the NM concept They are FOOLS…ooops!

Make sure when YOU are working to BECOME a MANAGER (or whatever it is called in your organization), you DOCUMENT the STEPS, all of them, ALL OF THEM – successes, failures, lessons, obstacles, problems, everything, EVERYTHING! This will become your BLUEPRINT which you will USE to promote your FIRST Manager from within your TEAM – THIS WILL BE YOUR PROOF THAT YOU HAVE UNDERSTOOD THIS BUSINESS, AND HOW IT WORKS!

YOUR FIRST MANAGER IS the WAY to innumerable number of Managers to grace your TEAM! BECAUSE you have a blueprint to do it! And every time you do it, you REFINE the blueprint and update it, taking all the changes occurring in the company and in the market!

You BECOME the GUY to GO! The guy who KNOWS! The guy who DOES!

Whichever organization you are, the way forward is the SAME! DO – DUPLICATE -DO!

EPISODE 39 – MAKING YOUR FIRST RANK IN NETWORK MARKETING

Making your FIRST RANK in Network Marketing is relatively EASY in NM, but I am talking about that FIRST Rank that changes EVERYTHING!

In my BUSINESS, it is the Rank of Manager – it is in FACT the 4th Rank, but is THE Rank that changes the game. IT is the RANK that open the door for everything that you can EARN in the business – it’s the MAIN door to UNLIMITED OPPORTUNITY!

So, my advice to all of you – FIRST CHECK in your organization, what is that RANK?

To get to that RANK, it is very IMPORTANT to check what is the smaller RANK that makes that RANK (Manager) possible, or can be the catalyzer?

In my Business, it is RANK No. 2 – that of Supervisor, because this is where you start earning Group Bonus – 5 to 6 Supervisors in 2-4 months, get you to the Manager level.

So work with your First Rank Members to help them achieve Rank No.2 (or whatever it is in YOUR organization)

What does it take to get to Rank NO. 2, and what are the BENEFITS? What is the GAP in earnings from Rank No. 1 and Rank No. 2? HIGHLIGHT this and SHOW it to all your first Rank team members!

If you do this, in a matter of months ( may be in the first 6 months itself) you can ATTAIN that BIG RANK where everything UNFOLDS for you! (I became Manager in 4 months!)

Once you BECOME a MANAGER, you now have the blueprint of getting there, and you can NOW work with your Supervisors (Rank No.2) to become Managers, and thus you START building a TEAM of LEADERS that is going to bring you and your team to the PINNACLE of Network Marketing!

Your Facebook Page is a MEDIA platform– USE IT WELL!

Ask yourself – What do you like reading from other people's facebook page?

What are you looking for on facebook? Why do you go there? Why are you always scrolling through fb? What are you looking for?

It may be that YOUR prospects (the people you are looking to attract) are looking for same!

Before posting, ASK yourself what is the PROFILE of the person you are looking to recruit into your TEAM? BUILD THAT PROFILE!

Then ASK yourself:

What would these people be looking for in FB?

Then provide them with the things they are looking for, BUT NOT IN FORM OF INFORMATION – but in the FORM of LIFESTYLE, YOUR lifestyle and YOUR stories of SUCCESS!

Looking at your content, they will keep coming to READ more, checking your GENUINENESS, your CONSISTENCY, your AUTHENTICITY, your REALITY in the long run.

Some people will connect to you years AFTER they start following you…and they will TELL you about it when they do!

Social Media is a great platform to BUILD connections, BUT it takes the time it takes, that is a LONG time. Don’t EXPECT quick returns from SM, even if you are lucky to get some great interest at the start! People watch you and your journey and progress!

So,

BE GENUINE BE REAL BE AUTHENTIC BE CONSISTENT BE PATIENT PERSEVERE BRING GREAT CONTENT, TELL GREAT REAL STORIES KEEP IT ENTERTAINING AND INTERESTING!

You have build your list and you have created your funnel, but your list is starting to become thin. How do you make sure it stays long and continually growing?

There are a couple of ways: Keep asking for Referrals from your customers, from your FRN etc Start showing up in Events of all kinds and start making connections

AND, (3) start using SOCIAL MEDIA!

Yes, Social media platforms are a great way to EXPAND your goodwill and attract followers. But HOW? Can we RECRUIT online? Can we SELL online? What should we do?

Do’s: Create a page for your business, on fb, insta, tik tok, linkedin etc… Show LIFESTYLE1 Tell STORIES – YOUR stories of success, stories of your journey, where you started, where you’ve reached, where you are going Make it INSPIRATIONAL

DON’Ts do NOT market your products or opportunity do NOT SELL from your platform (I mean directly) do NOT turn your page into a harassment lie that turns people away!

SO, you remember how many I personally recruited in my last 10 years? Yes yes, I was lazy☺

So, lets make the calculations – for 20, you need to present to 250!

SO, your question IS: where do I find 250 people to present to???

Remember MEMORY JOGGER? Every human being knows about 250 people – remember marriage list! Yours, your parents, grandparents, siblings, friends, relatives etc….

The thing is NEVER STOP building that list and NEVER STOP presenting UNTIL you get your DIRECT 20 recruits in your FIRST YEAR, because if you do, the COMPOUND effect on the coming 5, 10 years will be UNBELIEVABLE!

20 ( if you keep this PERSONAL TARGET EVERY year)

20 X 10 = 200

200 x10 = 2000

2000 x 10 = 20,000 and it keeps going….

Use everything to BUILD a winning presentation as I shared in previous episodes – IT is a COMBINATION of EXCELLENT PRESENTATION AND the NUMBERS!!!

S7 E35 The SECRETS of Becoming a GREAT PRESENTER in Network Marketing! with Ravin Papiah

I was an ULTRA - TIMID person for the first 25 years of my life….until I joined a direct sales organization….my story

I discovered that I can speak very fluently with people I am comfortable with. The problem was with strangers. SO, what I did is I kept speaking with ALL the people I knew. I kept presenting to them, NOT FOR SELLING< but to refine and polish my craft. Even when I was 100% dead sure I will not make a sale at a particular person’s place (person I knew personally) I will still go to do the presentation, NOT FOR THE SALE, but for my LEARNING! That was my learning curve!

I became so good at presenting that when I did it for the first time at a stranger’s place, it did NOT seem stranger at all☺ I conquered that uncomfortableness with my PRACTICE!!!

How do you become a great PRESENTER?

How do you BECOME a great COOK? SINGER? DANCER? ACTOR? SPEAKER?

Same with Presenting – YOU HAVE TO PRESENT! You have to be AWFUL in order to be AWESOME!

Join a Public Speaking platform….you can connect with me and BE PART OF MY PUBLIC SPEAKING ACADEMY!

NEVER refuse any opportunity to make a speech, HOWEVER uncomfortable you feel, or afraid you feel…the solution to your FEAR is to FACE it!

Present in front of families, relatives, friends, colleagues UNTIL you feel COMFORTABLE presenting, THEN go out in the field and try it in front of strangers. You will feel the fear, FACE the FEAR, and keep doing it AFRAID with the support of your UPLINE Coach (Let me know if you NEED me! I have converted ultra timids to Public Speakers, after all, I was an ULTRA TIMID, remember?)

Nothing happens overnight!

You have to give time to TIME to build yourself for Success! Remember the name of this SHOW – BUILD YOU to BUILD YOUR BUSINESS!

Success takes time BUT once you know what YOU want, it becomes EASY because YOU KNOW what you NEED to become GREAT at!
