The main points: Reviewed about how to use herbicides effectively (Pre-emergent & Post-emergent pesticides). Explain about how different insects destroy the rice plant in different stages, explain why farmers need to do field checking regularly and must understand about the problems clearly for using the correct pesticides. Fungicides cannot be used to control insects and insecticides cannot be used to treat fungi. Introduce different types of insecticides and using them effectively (Ex. Contact Insecticides, Systemic Insecticides).
