Our guests today is David and Erin Leaverton. Over the course of 2018, the Leavertons took their three children on a state-hopping tour of the less-than-United States, creating a project called Undivided Nation. In the process, they became part of the documentary The Reunited States, exploring how they could be more open to others, to hear their stories and understand. In the process, the Leavertons have learned quite a bit about the country – and themselves.

Our guests today is Geoff Brenner. Geoff is the Chief Executive Officer of Triumph Business Capital. Prior to joining Triumph Business Capital in 2019, he spent 20+ years in the healthcare industry. He built a portfolio of healthcare services companies spanning revenue cycle, supply chain, insurance and performance improvement consulting. He led the enterprise to best-in-class financial performance amid significant industry disruption. 

Geoff has served on more than 10 domestic and international boards and holds multiple insurance and financial securities licenses. He has also completed several unorthodox leadership programs – which we will hear about later in the podcast. 

Geoff and his wife Emily have two sons and they live in Dallas, Texas.  Rhonda and I are proud to call Geoff and Emily great friends!
