About Karleen :

Grammy award-winning artist Ne-Yo recruited her to oversee the day-to-day operations of his management company, and a later stint with Sony music. Then Sean “Diddy” Combs hired Karleen as the Senior Executive

Assistant at Bad Boy Entertainment, putting her in charge of coordinating his multi-million dollar business entities, including external partnerships and talent relationships. Karleen quickly became known industry-wide

for her business savvy and masterful execution of the most elaborate events. In 2013, she struck out on her own, creating The Vanity Group, offering top-shelf corporate clients and a-list celebrities one-of-a-kind wraparound services with her trademark style and vision. Hailed by Forbes magazine as an “innovator” in the world of luxury lifestyle experiences, Karleen’s clients rely on her unmatched expertise in popular culture, business, and talent relations. Within a few years of opening her doors, Karleen established The Vanity Group as the boutique agency of choice for discerning clients who demand the very best.
