Best Way To Build Brand Awareness | ft. Sam Gupta | Rohit Mhatre

3m · Published 10 Sep 16:30

The degree to which a brand is recognized by potential customers and accurately linked with its specific product or service is known as brand awareness.

In the case of a small business, brand awareness may not reach eponymous status (for example, asking for a Kleenex instead of a tissue), but success is measured in simpler forms.

Let's listen to this episode for more information.

Starting a Business With No Idea | ft. Sam Gupta | Rohit Mhatre

6m · Published 09 Sep 16:30

To begin, make sure you truly want to create and run a business, which involves risk, effort, and time, rather to simply being a businessperson, which is a status symbol.

It's like questioning whether someone who wants to be a rock star truly wants to play music (which is primarily practice) or whether someone who wants to be an athlete truly wants to participate in sports.

Working for someone else is a lot more work, with a lot more risk, less guidance, and less support — or, if you're lucky enough to have a lot of money, more work than sitting on or spending your money, or, with apologies to my investor friends, more work than investing your money in someone else's money.

You'll eventually find something you're good at and enthusiastic about, something that pays well and is in high demand.

Should I get corporate experience before building my own startup? | ft. Sam Gupta | Rohit Mhatre

2m · Published 08 Sep 16:30

With entrepreneurship being "the thing" of our time, there are a lot of 20-year-olds who want to start their own firm right now.

You may have overheard your father or grandfather say something to the effect that "these young kids nowadays know nothing about working hard, discipline, or paying expenses."

This is standard conversation; don't get too worked up over it. But let's take a closer look at what's underlying their remarks.

Our forefathers and mothers had an average of 40 years of job experience.

The idea of going to college and working for the rest of their lives has been implanted in them since the first day of school.

This "concept" had become a belief, not just an option, by the time they graduated. That was the situation.

People began to realize that things are changing and that there are different courses to follow with the growth of the Internet and technology over the past 20+ years.

How to Attract New Customers & Clients | Specialized Marketing | ft. Sam Gupta | Rohit Mhatre

3m · Published 07 Sep 16:30
Getting those first few clients or customers is one of the most difficult things for a new home company owner. The problem is exacerbated by the fact that many new home-based business owners aren't experienced marketers, and the word "sales" scares them. Even seasoned home company operators have trouble finding enough clients or customers at times. While finding new company clients and customers takes time, you can speed up the process by understanding how to prospect and how to lead those prospects to a sale. Because many potential consumers or clients will not buy on their first encounter with you, you must devise a strategy for keeping in touch with them until they are ready to buy. How to Develop a New Product (From Concept to Market) | ft. Sam Gupta | Rohit Mhatre

1m · Published 06 Sep 16:30

One of the most difficult challenges for aspiring entrepreneurs is bringing their vision for a unique product to life.

The product development process can appear enigmatic, and when you hear the genesis stories of other successful companies, you'll notice that the path to a final product is rarely a straight line.

When Tina Roth-daughter Eisenberg's brought home some semi-permanent tattoos, she saw a gap in the market and rallied her community of creative designers to establish Tattly.

In order to prototype Pop Sockets, the now-popular phone attachment, David Barnett had to teach himself how to use 3D design software.

These inspiring stories don't give an end-to-end product development plan on their own, but the similarities they share highlight some of the stage’s founders take on the path to beginning a firm and selling a final product.

4m · Published 03 Sep 16:30

The Making of Atoma Merc: Fighting the Ghost of White Supremacy is about an identity lost and found. It is a story about the mindset of poverty and riches broken down to illustrate the negative effects of slavery. It is about a young boy that grew up encompassed by the shackles of Black stereotypes who has a solar dream. This is a story about paradise lost and paradise found. This is a book that challenges the status quo while emphasizing the climate change of social interaction. It is a must-read as we go through another era of racial tensions.

Evolution In Real Estate Business | ft. Rodney H. Dixon | Rohit Mhatre

4m · Published 31 Aug 16:30

What do telemarketers, real estate agents, and brokerage clerks have in common?

They're all going to lose their jobs soon.

The potential for artificial intelligence computer programs to replace these vocations is projected to be between 97 and 99 percent, according to Oxford University experts.

In Arthur Miller's play Death of a Salesman, Charley tells Willy Loman, "The only thing you've got in this world is what you can sell."

The real estate industry is undergoing a technology upheaval that will go far beyond removing "what you can sell"; it is poised to dramatically reshape the real estate profession.

According to recent study, the whole real estate sector, not just brokers, must consider how new technology, as well as demographic and behavioral developments, will affect real estate jobs, skills, and business models.
