Numerous major financial institutions have filed for a spot Bitcoin ETF.

Coinbase has been accused by the SEC for operating an unregistered securities exchange.

Coinbase has launched in Canada, has gotten approval for US derivatives trading, and has launched the No. 5 Layer 2 blockchain globally.

Does any of this matter? Or is Bitcoin and Coinbase going to the moon?
