Starting off the new season of Broad Matters (formerly the Spartan BizCast), the podcast welcomes managing director of the Burgess Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Michigan State University, Ken Szymusiak. This episode, Shana and Ken welcome Sriram Narayanan, Kesseler Family Endowed Faculty Fellow and professor of supply chain management at the Broad College. Sriram's research covers inclusion relating to business innovation and productivity, and may one day change the face of both the social and cultural aspects of business.
