In this week's episode I am talking about how we can start to cultivate habits in our lives that will help us to become who we want to be WITHOUT feeling like we are not enough already. 

After crazy goal setting season, we can suddenly want to change everything but we don't need to. We may want to improve , or get better, but really we want to cultivate what will help us to be or get to where we want to be and I am sharing my view on this in today's episode.

A little bit about my guest today 

Planning Paralysis - hands up the air if you have experienced it... HANDS STRAIGHT UP! This is where you plan plan plan but don't actually take the action! You get stuck and just make another plan so you feel like you are doing something but you are not actually doing anything. It is so common and I used to fall well and truly into the planning paralysis state really easily. 

But now I don't because I have a system! My Curate process.  

In today's podcast I want to share with you an element of my process that keeps me sane and stops me falling in to planning overwhelm - my CEO dates.

Social Media is such an amazing tool but we have easily gotten to dislike it because of the pressure we feel to post, the pressure we feel for it to be perfect and the pressure to try and figure out and understand the algorhtym. 

But remember, your job is NOT social media. Your job is creating, making, teaching the thing you teach. Social media is a tool you use to share that skill out there.

So let's stop overcomplicating it and let's get back to the basics.
