The fleas in the jar story is a great analogy for how we create paradigms in our lives and end up limiting our potential. If you don't know it already, the story goes something like this... When fleas are placed in a jar, they try to jump out – but after the lid is placed on, the fleas stop attempting the escape – as they learn the boundaries of the new environment they’re in. Even when the lid is removed, the fleas never jump out. Their thinking has created the ‘lid’ as the boundary, so has conditioned them to limit their jumping. We're all a bit like those fleas - our thinking conditions us. It creates imaginary boundaries and limited ways of thinking that keeps us stuck in a certain way of operating. What boundaries have you created for yourself that are blocking you from achieving your goals?

The question I get asked often is "How can I promote my business without sounding insensitive during the pandemic? OR" Is it wise to start a business now in these uncertain times?“ The reality is that COVID 19 second wave is hitting harder than we ever imagined. We are all trying to get by and we'd rather talk about the pandemic more than business. So how can you ensure that you stay the course and move the needle forward in these uncertain times? In today's podcast I share on my 4 tips to stay productive. As most of you may know, my network marketing business was started at the start of the lockdown. I too was uncertain, unsure but I look back and think of how my life would have turned out had I focused on the situation and halted my business goals. I hope you find this helpful and don't forget to share with a friend building a business during this time. Keep safe, this too shall pass!

This is for you if you are planning to leave your corporate job to start a business, you are already in business but are doubting yourself and your potential and if you are still wondering what we mean by online businesses and markets. Hello! Welcome to yet another episode of Boss Moves podcast. In today's episode we look at the difference between dreams and goals and why you should be focusing on goals. I know this is supposed to be basic information especially for people in business. The past weekend I had the pleasure to meet with renowned financial freedom enthusiast and author Nicolette Mashile, and this sparked a moment of self check for me and my financial life. I have been challenged to think hard about what I want to achieve, the life I envision and what I am doing to get there. Enjoy and do share your feedback!
