In this episode, I’m joined by Tammy Sollenberger, a licensed clinical mental health counselor and an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Certified Supervisor. With a Masters in Arts and Marriage and Family Counseling, Tammy has served as a community support therapist and worked closely with those that struggle with mental illness.
