We are relaunching the podcast! Its been about 6 months since we have brought you an episode and I'm excited to be back in your ears. 

I'm taking this episode solo , keeping it raw and real and sharing an insight into what has helped me cope through this challenging time. A lot of that has been through Coping Together. 

Now that restrictions are easing and beauty salons are set to reopen across the country we are starting to see a bit of normality in our surroundings . That doesnt mean there still isnt a rollercoaster of emotions and overwhelm going on.
