Personal branding is the practice of providing value to the audience in the form of content, that should reflect uniqueness of one's personality, experience and skills. To differentiate oneself from the others as a personal brand. But a lot of people have misunderstood this phenomena and are of a thought that personal branding is done just to build a higher perception of themselves in the minds of their audience. And hence post content that pleases the audience on an emotional level rather than being authentic self. In this episode, I have tried to point out to this hypocrisy in personal brand building.

She's also a TEDx Speaker, consultant, researcher, leader, orator, yoga trainer, an artist and a chemical engineer!
