Whether you are an insurance agent, broker, advisor, coach, or business owner knowing what to look out when you are looking to secure PEO services for yourself or a client can make all the difference in getting approved with a PEO solution and having to continue looking for coverage somewhere else.

This is the 1st of 2 episodes where Logan, Matt, and I talk about things that can get a submission declined at a PEO when submitting for workers' compensation.   We discussed some of the things that underwriters look for, such as the companies web presence, work history, and employee issues, when an account is submitted.  

Last week we talked about the Value a PEO brings to Business owners, whether that's reducing costs or relieving some of their legal burdens.  This week Logan, Matt, and I expanded on those benefits a little, but we also talked about what that means for standard market Workers Comp clients.  We discussed some situations where it would be best for an insurance agent to move their clients into a PEO relationship and some cases where it's simply not needed and how in both instances the business owners are able to gain value from the PEO partnership.

In this episode we discuss the value for your clients (the business owners) when they enter into a PEO relationship.  Some of the topics we covered are cost savings, time savings, some of the legal burdens that a PEO can help Business owners with.

In this episode, we talk about how offering a Professional Employer Organization option to clients can help to retain P&C Agencies current clients as well as gain new clients, but in order for an agency to offer PEO it has to be something that helps the clients, so we touch on some of the benefits to clients in this episode (we go more in-depth on that topic in a later episode). We also talk about what working with DES entails and what it means to your workflow.  Also talked about is how you control your deal for as long as it's with us.
