In light of the recent documentary shedding light on the current, toxic backend that runs social media, I can't help but feel even more empowered n my responsibility to share online.
I recently told a friend, “If billions of people are on social media and the toxicity is causing mental, emotional, and energetic stress on us as a species, then let my contribution be one that helps tip the scale.”

Tip. The. Scale.
Every time you come onto social media, you have an opportunity to tip the scale in the direction of conscious content.Not only can you create that algorithm for yourself, but you can contribute to others recreating what social media means to them, too.
If we commit to sharing in the realm that fulfills us, with the purpose of contributing for the better; for transformation, for wellness, for love, then we can recreate what social media contains.
It’s proven in the algorithms and it’s fulfills on the intention of the companies behind the screens.
Give the people what they want.
Well, what if what we wanted was love? Content that heals? Messages that inspire?
As oppose to anything that makes you feel otherwise.
Sometimes, conscious content isn’t as easy to look at; mostly because it looks right back at you.Because stopping to read a share that may be calling out your wounds is harder than stopping for a prank video.
Because accountability is available on the other side of your choice.
Regardless of what anyone chooses to do with their time, attention, energy, or feed, I know that I have choice in what I want to do with mine.
