59m · Published 07 Apr 21:58

Our host, Letricia Fullerton, sits down with guest John Dinner. In this episode, they explore how governance professionals can best explore boardroom culture and best navigate those dynamics. Boardroom culture is increasingly understood as a critical aspect of good governance and board effectiveness. Yet unlike matters relating to board structure and process, boardroom culture has been given little attention. As such, directors often use limited time and energy to navigate power and personality challenges. As John shares in the podcast, an explicit boardroom culture would proactively anticipate and address these obstacles.  To register for our Boardroom Culture event, click here: https://gpcanada.org/Public/iCore-GPC/Event_display.aspx?EventKey=PD07042022&WebsiteKey=070d9a2f-5a42-42e2-a1e7-41e11bde8e47
