Phil Wilkinson came to Brazil to work with the committee that organized the Rio 2016 Summer Olympics.

He spent 7 years in Brazil and had a very exciting experience, as his role was to deal with international media.

Every day he was involved in interesting stories about the Olympics that international media published around the world!

He lived his dream and found a way to combine life experience with work experience! In order to enjoy living/working in Brazil, while also satisfying the English Committee's high standards and expectations, he needed to adopt a new identity.

Efrain Diaz was a senior fellow from Georgetown University that came to Brazil to run a project with the Minister of the Education in Brazil. They were doing a business negotiation between the government of Maryland and the Government of Rio de Janeiro. The goal was to create public bilingual schools in Brazil. 

Efrain will share:

- How the companies can help to create a poll of workers for the 21st century and why this is important; 

- The challenges he had training people and all the solutions he found;

- How Brazilian are and how to get the best from them;

- How to work in a country that you have to 'kill a lion everyday';

- How to communicate in a very efficient way with Brazilian people;

- How to motivate people to collaborate with you;

- The mindset that you need to enjoy and learn best in any country you are.
