Haleh Shoa's Bio:

Haleh Shoa is the founder and CEO of Picturli, a photo organization, curation, archiving and design studio that helps families, individuals and businesses transform their photo mess into one sortable digital library. Haleh and her team meticulously organize their client’s entire photo collections into a sortable and searchable Photo Archive that is secure, easily shareable. Haleh firmly believes that our family histories and personal memories are some of the most valuable treasures we can have and that preserving and sharing them is essential for future generations.

Haleh’s passion for photo organizing stems from her family’s history of being uprooted by the Iranian Revolution in 1979. While they were unable to bring most of their belongings to the U.S. when they moved here, they did manage to bring all of their photo albums and memorabilia. Now, the only memories that remain from Haleh’s childhood are through her family photos and the stories shared with her through the collection she has preserved.

As a certified professional photo organizer in Los Angeles, Haleh is backed by 27 years of technical expertise as an executive creative producer in advertising for luxury brands such as Ritz Carlton, Apple, and Jaguar/Land Rover. Her past experience includes leading the global advertising launch campaign of the iPad Mini with a team of 56 people, and managing the assets of 5 different continents. Picturli was born from Haleh’s love of people, her keen eye for photography, and an unquenched desire for storytelling.

Simplicity's Power with Claire Pedrick

44m · Published 01 May 13:00

Isn't it time to shut off the noise and simplify your life? Join us as we chill out with Claire Pedrick who shares her journey beginning with her work teaching in Kenya to mastering the art of coaching, and how her walk in the Camino de Santiago reshaped her approach to life. Get inspired by her tales of how she disrupted the status quo, learned that less is more, and how music, conversation, the human touch, and making our days simpler and less complicated, will bring greater joy to our lives.

Claire Pedrick's Bio:
Claire is a human who facilitates other people's thinking. A business owner. A Mother. A friend. A volunteer. An MCC Master Coach with over 15000 hours experience. The author of Simplifying Coaching and The Human Behind The Coach and host at The Coaching Inn podcast. All of these are true and each will impact how we start a conversation. With some definitions you might assign power which Claire does not deserve.

She established 3D Coaching in the 1990s to bring together the simplest and best learning from coaching to support people in organizations to have more effective conversations with an edge. Coaching for more than 35 years, Claire believes that the essence of coaching is simple and that it takes time to learn to work that simply. Her training has been as a coach (Coach University), as a Systemic Practitioner (Coaching Constellations) and a Coaching Supervisor (Bath Consulting Group). While the rest of the 3D Team are delivering high quality coaching, her current focus is developing internal and external coaches through training, masterclasses and mentoring. Her learning lab is the coaches she listens to three days a week. Based on those observations and noticing when transformation does or does not happen, my current learning journey is about understanding and sharing what makes for true partnership in coaching.

Every so often she go for a very long walk - in 2022 to celebrate her 60th birthday, it was 600km on the Camino in Spain. She's back to Portugal for another long walk this year.

And if credentials matter Claire received the 2022 Outstanding Contribution to Coaching Award from Henley Business School for being a coach and a Points of Light Award from the UK Prime Minister for being a human!

From Fatigued to Fabulous with Adrienne Simmons

33m · Published 24 Apr 13:00

Partying too much? Feeling sluggish? Wondering if it's just "aging" or if there's more you can do to boost your zest for life? Tune into Adrienne Simmons, creator of "Energy Edge: Unlock Your Energy Potential," who opens the books on her own transformation from exhausted to energized. She'll tell you about her five pillars of vitality and share why your 'why' is the secret sauce to sustained energy. So, if you're ready to live and love life to the max and not just settle for the minimum, this is one episode you can't afford to miss!

Adrienne Simmons' Bio:

I was born with boundless energy, even into my 40's they used to call me the 'energizer bunny'.

That all changed as I crossed over my 50 year line; my precious energy levels plummeted, I gained about 20 lbs and for the first time in my life, I was diagnosed pre-diabetic.

I lost my VITALITY

Why, because I was playing the fool, not paying attention, thinking I was invincible and living the same lifestyle that I'd lived in my 30's & 40's.

I worked full time, socialized after work, partied into the wee hours of the morning and with that came lots of take out food, alcohol & party drugs.

As a result, most days my energy levels felt like it hovered around a 3-5/10 as I dragged myself through my work day and into my early evening fatigued, in a fog something akin to being lost in a dark tunnel.

Scared that if I did not make some drastic lifestyle changes, I would not like what my life looked & felt like in 1-5-10 years. I would not be able to enjoy my life of vitality & longevity (that I've always dreamed of in my second season like my role model, Miss Betty White).

Starting with a 180 mindset shift, a healthy lifestyle strategy, a few friends who had my back (and held me accountable for cleaning-up my life), over a 9-month period, I cleaned up my life, rebuilt my energy (from a cellular level) and reclaimed my VITALITY.

With my re-found VITALITY, my precious energy levels climbed back up to 8-9/10 allowing me to enjoy sustainable energy as I POWER through energized from sunrise to sunset (which I continue to enjoy up to today:)
