My guest today is one of the most impressive women I’ve ever met. Jessica Nabongo is a writer, photographer, entrepreneur, travel expert, influencer, and public speaker. When I was thinking about season 3 of Her Life By Design, I knew I wanted to invite a wider variety of guests and experts to help and inspire you to design your life both personally and professionally. This is why I’m so excited to have Tallene Hacatoryan on today’s episode.  

Tallene is a registered dietitian who was diagnosed with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) at 18. Disheartened by the solutions provided to her, she set out on a mission to confront the underlying issues of PCOS. After studying nutritional science, speaking to countless experts, and working with her husband, Ciroc (a PCOS-focused personal trainer), she developed a program, social media presence, and podcast that has helped thousands of women manage their PCOS symptoms.

As you already know, I’ve been open and transparent about my sobriety journey. Through sharing my story, I’ve received countless messages from many women wanting to start their sobriety journey as well.  

This is why I’m so excited to have Amanda White on Her Life By Design today. Amanda is a licensed therapist and the founder of a therapy practice in Philadelphia called Therapy for Women's Center.
