David Delaney

David Delaney is the Group Chief Executive at IPSX and is responsible for leading the business and developing the Group strategy. David served as a Non-Executive Director on the IPSX Group Board between February 2019 - July 2019, and joined from fintech communications company VoxSmart, where he was Chief Commercial Officer for two years focused on customer engagement and driving sales. Prior to that, he was Head of Strategic Clients and Solutions, EMEA at Thomson Reuters for just over three years, managing a $1 billion book of business. Before Thomson Reuters he spent more than 25 years at Credit Suisse – latterly as Global Head of Fixed Income Sales for interest rate products – and Barclays Bank Plc.

Oliver Light

Oliver leads on Real Estate at Carbon Intelligence, with over eight years of experience delivering ESG services to real estate investors and large corporate occupiers. Oliver is focused on accelerating a zero-carbon economy and has helped to implement several net-zero strategies over the past year. Decarbonisation programmes have included initiating a smart building programme that won over 15 awards in 24 months. Oliver also recently joined the BBP REEB Benchmark and AREF ESG Committee and will participate in several collaborations this year with IPSX, the UK-GBC, and GRESB. Alex Green

Alex is an Assistant Director at the British Property Federation (BPF) and has experience of working in the real estate industry for over 6 years. Deborah Lloyd

Deborah Lloyd is the current Chairman of the Association of Real Estate Funds and until 2015 was the Vice Chairman of the Management Board of INREV. She is also a non-executive board member of Kames Target Healthcare Fund, a consultant to the student accommodation fund manager, Curlew Capital and a member of the University of London’s property committee.

Roger Clarke

Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets, Roger Clarke, has been a Senior Advisor to IPSX Group since January 2019. He now joins the business full time. Roger has extensive experience in corporate transactions, particularly in equity capital markets but also in M&A and restructuring, with a specific sector focus on Real Estate. Roger joins from M7 Real Estate, where he was Head of Corporate Finance, with responsibility for executing significant corporate transactions. Previously he was Chief Executive of Tunstall, M7’s wholly owned subsidiary focused on alternative lending. Prior to joining M7 Roger spent 20 years working in the European investment banking industry, including roles at NM Rothschild, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, JP Morgan Cazenove and Stifel Nicolaus, as well as undertaking a secondment to the UK Takeover Panel. https://www.ipsx.com/

Paul Shearer

Justin Meissel

Justin Meissel joined Henley bringing a broad range of international real estate and private equity investing experience. Prior to Henley, Justin was a Principal at The Blackstone Group, focusing on UK and European real estate. Previously, he worked at Warburg Pincus in New York and GI Partners in California, investing in Real Estate, Hospitality, Healthcare and Infrastructure, and served on the board of CenterPoint Properties Trust.
