Once you know your numbers, they will wake you up to the reality you are in and you’ll get creative and think differently about your operation.

The problem we run into most frequently when working with family in the Ag industry is their refusal to change. Your extended family’s feelings must come second to what is best for you,  your wife, and your kids. If you just soak the negativity that you’ll get while trying to make big changes you’ll never get anything accomplished or make any meaningful changes.

If you do not pay the value of an item, you won’t fully utilize it, and you won’t get results. If you want results, you have to have skin in the game, otherwise, there is no reason to value the item. We need to stop looking for freebies and living in scarcity.
