In episode 39 we spoke to Bojana Obradovic, Psychologist and Psychotherapist and founder of “Pricajmo o tome”, free online counseling place for students. She is a curious person with different hobbies and interests and strong dedication to help the community through her activities of pro bono counseling. We spoke about a stigma that follows people who decide to go to therapy in an environment like Serbia, how we are burdened with transgenerational problems and traumas. We spoke about trauma and traumatic experience and how therapy can help us to overcome it, integrate it in our personalities and try to live fulfilled lives without regrets. She explained to us what REBT and Schema therapy is and how they can help us in changing our irrational beliefs in order to improve our everyday lives. She also shared with us how she spent the last year and how she managed to recharge and look at things in life differently and how she discovered some new things about herself. In the end, she sent a warm message to encourage us to love ourselves even if we are not the best version of ourselves at some point of time. In episode 38, we spoke to Anu Chadha from Delhi, India. She is the owner of 3AClothing, a company that belongs to the textile industry. Anu shared with us how she became a late entrepreneur, which proves that age is not an obstacle in realizing our dreams and potentials. In the episode 36 we spoke to Natasa Ivancevic, from Novi Sad, Serbia. She is a teacher of Physical Education by education and she works as Chief Health Officer in an IT company. We spoke about insights last year and an experience of coronavirus infection had on her. We spoke about the importance of physical activity, what are the most common excuses people have when it comes to going to the gym, or becoming aware of being physically active and what are the benefits for our body but also the mind. She explained to us what CHO is and what are her duties in the company and how something that we accept for granted has become her career path. We discussed how Physical education looks like today and what it takes to become a professional athlete. She shared with us some of her insights regarding female athletes and how locker rooms make a difference. For the end of our conversation she shared with us where she finds motivation and how important gratitude is to develop healthy habits and life perspective. In episode 33, we spoke to Poonam Sagar from Jakarta, Indonesia.
