Their favorite thing about this operation is being able to create a unique experience for every customer while offering food and beverages to enjoy!

Keeping organized helps them stay on task to be more productive and working to be just a little bit better every day pushes them to reach their goals.

Advice they offer to others aspiring to succeed in business is - Timing is never perfect, but if you believe in yourself and are willing to put in the work and long hours you can make any business a success.

Alright, today’s guest…is part of a golf course that has been around since 1996 that closed until new ownership bought it in 2019 and renovated the course.

His favorite thing about this golf course is that it is a majestic Irish style course that is truly unique to any course in this area!

When asked about methods for keeping productive his response was an emphasis on Social Media presence and marketing but on-site attention to detail and customer service are key.

Advice he offers to others aspiring to succeed in business is to Pay attention to the details, it’s what sets you apart.

Alright, today’s guest… Works for a franchise group that has expanded into Newport News. VA

When asked what her favorite thing about her job is, she said she loves her job because of the ability it gives it's associates to utilize their artistic abilities. And that their products are free of harsh parabens and chemicals, and they also offer customization of their products as well.

A few of her methods for keeping productive are having fun while educating customers on their products, and also sharing a peak of what's being made in the store that day. She loves the fact that guests get a chance to see how the products they are purchasing are being made.

Advice she offers to others aspiring to succeed in business is…

Be open-minded and adaptable to change. and Guest and employee satisfaction are equally important.

Alright, today’s guest…Having a lifelong interest in Wealth Advisory and Financial Life Planning launched a business doing just that.

Providing education and encouragement to clients to live their best life with the resources God has given them to steward.

One of his methods for keeping productive is to Get up every day and do his best. and Live life with margin.

When asked what advice he would give to others aspiring to succeed as a business owner he replied, “Begin today with one or two steps towards your goal. If you don't have a goal, make one.”

One interesting thing about him that most don’t know is He and his wife downsized with three teenagers, from a large house in NoVa to a small house in Williamsburg. Getting rid of in one way or another, about 75% of their belongings.

Their favorite thing about doing what they do is the people they get to meet. They share from the stage that everyone is given unique gifts and skill sets from God and that we should use those gifts to make an impact on the people around us.

When asked about their methods for keeping productive the response was, “Honestly scheduling in time for fun. We tend to be much more productive if we aren't constantly overworking ourselves.”

One of the methods he uses for keeping productive is challenging himself to be better each day and setting goals for himself.

Advice he offers others aspiring to succeed in business is, “Never think you know everything. Always be open to learning more.”

One interesting thing that he wants others to know about him is he doesn’t like to put people in boxes, he likes them to create their own box.
