Find Your SEED, Find YOURSELF...

There's two different choices you can take in life. The conventional pathway stems from your skill set obtained from school to pursue a career. The alternative journey allows you to find yourself while using your career as a support base to serve your gift to the world.

The best way to recognize change is to keep an eye on the people funding the new economic model through technology.  Kai-Fu Lee, Investor and former President of Google China, is warning the world on the problems we will all fave with the disruptive nature of Artificial Intelligence. 

According to Mr. Lee over 40% of jobs will be replaced by this new technology which poses a great threat to our current employment model.

In this episode I touch on the importance of understanding the play on words when it comes to "WORK". We exert energy towards achieving something daily but whose dream does it manifest. If you only seek to obtain a job then you will find yourself on the 30 year employment cycle. This repetitive cycle consist of working towards your employers wishes and shareholders expectations but not towards your dream.
