HOW TO BE IMPACTFUL ON DAY 1 with David Baughman

46m · Published 10 Jun 03:24

In this episode, we have the change to talk to a great Leader Mr. David Baughman, he gives us great tips and advice in HOW TO BE IMPACTFUL ON DAY.

We talked about:

1.  Mr. Baughman usually creates my first 90 day plan BEFORE I set foot in the company on day 1. That way, he can be prepared for what he may or may not face.

2.- He always has a conversation with each salaried employee to see HOW they may react to what he is going to do or not do. It helps him be ready for their reaction AND helps understand who is with him and who is not.

3.- As he moves along in the first 90 days, he picks out a few of his direct reports to start the "teaching" process based on his initial interviews. He starts getting them trained to help me with my message.
