Matt Raad and his wife Liz are business and website investors, Angel Investors and leading educators in website design, website monetisation and digital marketing. My work with Children both in the Party world and supporting Children and families through Domestic Violence and Childhood Trauma.

Mentoring young people who are stuff in there present and struggling moving forward to reach there desired goal across the globe.

My passions and beliefs are geared towards their future through Healing The Wounded Child.

Children and Teenagers have engulfed my life for thirty years.I trained during the early nineties with the Police BACAP and Great Ormond

Street Children’s Hospital.

While there I focused on stories music and visualising using imagination to ease suffering.working alongside Simon Lee Maryan during lockdown.

A specialist in Mental Health and Creator/Author of of SLM Process .

Emotional Psychological Resilience.

I worked with Simon through his then PTSD charity aimed at service men, women and families.Plus raising awareness of Kate with CEO of Montessori ref Ukraine &and the Children affectedDuring LockdownI spent my time giving therapy to EX Wounded Veterans predominantly the mother and children .

Suffering psychological trauma PTSD.

I also had experience with families and children suffering the devastating effects of Cancer and will be supporting families at Jordon Retreat in Yorkshire.

My time in Great Ormond Street , the suffering of Children and there families urged me to build a business in magical events to enable me to offer my support to those Chikdrwn with a wish before there departure. Healing trauma whether it’s as a child, teenager, or adult.

Is my aim through Healing the wounded Child My business model is to create and produce suitable age-appropriate material for all through visualization, music and stories.

Adding in the world crisis of global climate change and sustainability.

The world belongs to the children of today.

Lord Ian Franklin of Hawnes is an Entrepreneur & Philanthropist, HNW/UHNW/Billionaire space international expert & connector, previous ‘CEO of the Year – 2020’, former ‘Spear’s 500’ top-end headhunter/talent strategist, LinkedIn Adviser, Speaker and Founder & Chairman of Lordian Ltd.

He spent 40 years of his career as a specialist head-hunter for the global wealth, investment banking and family office sectors having been based in London, Yorkshire, Geneva & New York before retiring from that Profession in early 2022.

In parallel to his headhunting career, after building two recruitment businesses for two high profile Entrepreneurs, Ian established his own first Business in the City of London strategically at the early part of the recession in 2007/8 and has built several Companies since.

Ian formed Lordian Ltd, in January 2022, a ‘parent’ Company for Linkedin; Making Connections Work, which is a modularised mentoring/training program with his Partner, a speakers sourcing agency, an exclusive events management service and a space for online entrepreneur interviews.

Ian is also a Co-Founder of Lordian Creative which when launched during the Summer of 2023, will be a ‘platform’ for a selection of people who run their own businesses within the creative sector and he is also the Founder of Lordian-SPL; a service for procurement & supply of ‘high-ticket’ assets for the (U)HNW communities.

He is also a Co-Patron of The Vana Trust Charity and a Trustee of two other charities.

What an absolute honour to interview this amazing man, not only incredibly successful in anything he put his mind into, but also a beautiful human being. There is a huge amount of inspiration in this episode.

Creating wealth through property is definitely not a walk in the park.
