CUMM Episode 1: Bloody Benders

20m · Published 02 Mar 02:00

The legacy of the Bloody Benders is one that has haunted America's collective memory for centuries. Even though they have been dead and gone since 1874, their story still lives on in books, movies, television shows, and other forms of popular media. This infamous family’s tale is a reminder of how quickly things can go wrong when traveling through rural areas during this period in history as well as a cautionary tale about trusting strangers who may not be what they seem; especially those living in isolated inns located deep within the countryside.

The Dnepropetrovsk maniacs

13m · Published 31 May 13:00

Viktor Sayenko, Igor Suprunyuk, and Alexander Hanzha had known each other since grade school. Considered to be social outcasts by their peers, they formed a close bond with one another. Although he was quiet, Igor Suprunyuk would be the first one to pick fights with his peers, Igor must have made quite an impression on Victor and Alexander because their grades would fall substantially after meeting him. Their elementary years would be rambunctious but free from crime until the fifth grade when the three were caught throwing rocks at a moving train. Although bad it was a far cry from the killing spree the three would be implicated in almost a decade later. Claiming over 19 victims and the most grotesque video to ever surface on the internet. In this episode, we'll be going over the makers of the infamous video: three guys and one hammer, the Dnepropetrovsk maniacs. All this and more coming up next.

Chinese Hitmen

12m · Published 30 Nov 10:00

Honestly if I wrote a description it would probably be longer than the actual podcast, but I'll try anyways:
Two stories about contract killers. The hitman who hired a hitman who hired a hitman who hired a hitman ultimately realizes that delegating his own tasks will only get him so far, and a father but out a hit on his own son. Tune into Cereal as your host Sam tells it all and than some, some too many if you ask me.
