Social Media has replaced phone calls and brunch dates.  Social media has become the new place where we are willing to compromise our values for money, we judge people based on their social media numbers, the place where we live out all our fantasies. We live in this false reality so much we lose touch with the feeling of real human connection and socializing; having a real dialogue with another person face to face. Often times we are looking for allies people to validate or show support in our time of need. The real truth is no matter the situation we have to become our own biggest supporters and love ourselves where we are on the journey to where we are going. When we learn to love ourselves and push past our comfort zone; we start feeling less depressed and claustrophobic from the pressures and stress that come with life.
