Been too long away from the Podcast. Easing back with a topic that started the Podcast out in the first place; meditation. My journey, my practice and the affects and impacts on my life. I think everyone can take something away from this... at least I hope so. 

Keeping up with technology these days can be overwhelming. There is an almost infinite amount of information coming at us all the time and "network connectivity" is not part of almost every part of our lives. The demand for technology and network requirements shifted dramatically during the pandemic when many/most shifted to remote work and learning. Jim Cyr and Dennis Masse from Connectivity Point Technology Solutions, join me on the Podcast to help make sense of what's out there and what to expect in the future. 

I'm joined by Kyle Poissonnier, who started the clothing brand Catalyst for Change Wear (CFC) mostly as a way to get "internet famous" but the clothing line took on new meaning over time, hard work and an incredible community.
