Outsights-In is back from summer break with a brand new episode! We’re proud to say that this episode’s guest is none other than former KPN Colleague Kiki van den Berg, EVP HR Strategy & Transformation & Head Digital Transformation at Rabobank.

Together with our own transformation guru Hidde Andriessen we talked about Rabobank’s Simplify @ Scale program. This transformation program focuses on the next steps in the Agile and busdevops way of working.

But what does that really mean? What were key breakthroughs? Can we still talk about an IT department? What was the effect on people's motivation? What kind of culture fits this way of working? What and who else is involved in such a transformation?

One thing’s for sure: we learned a lot and need to take steps to keep up!

How do you recognise these talents? How do we stimulate and hire them? Which mistakes do leaders often make when working with IT professionals? For all our techies: we’re really curious if you recognise what he says and what we, as KPN, can learn and improve!
