Welcome to my first podcast and this exciting journey of learning and sharing!

But enough about me, this episode will highlight why you should, and how to align your people strategy to your organisation's strategy.

If you are serious about that overly familiar phase of getting a seat at the table, or maintaining a seat or acquiring the seat at the head, then this episode and the one to follow is for you.

Achieving business results through alignment will enhance your credibility with a proven, visible track record.  

The strategies contained within are transferable to other support disciplines, not just HR. 

Alignment enables effective leadership.

The next episode is Part Two to this topic and the third episode is a prequel on HR models. these foundational topics may be a little dry, but logically we need to explore them first, to build upon them.

I promise the topics to come will be sexier, if I can attribute that adjective.
