This week, we have a relatively new podcaster, Matthew McSpadden, host of the Do Over Life podcast.  Matthew has had a ton of life experience which translates into some invaluable lessons for veteran and rookie podcasters equally.  Check out his podcast to hear about Matt's struggles, as well as the struggles of many other great people who had to overcome adversity in one form another but have found new ways to shine in life.  One of which is former PodUp guest Luis Congdon.

This week we also look at a new podcast series LimeTown, which I hope will become the next Serial.  It's a fictional story told exclusively through audio and something that I hope will spur more people to create unique work for the podcast space.

This is a must listen.  I should also mention she is the reason that I have moved my content to BlogTalkRadio.  She is a major advocate of the platform.  We also look at the announcement from Midroll about Howl Premium.  While the announcement is definitely a promising sign for the industry, I do have a small complaint about it which you can hear in this week's episode.
